Executive with a solid track record in operations and strategy within the retail sector. Currently CEO of Like for Like, he leads the consultancy's vision to transform businesses through practical and result-oriented solutions.
Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at PDPAOLA Jewelry, he was a key player in the brand's international expansion, directing strategic decision-making and orchestrating a multidisciplinary team to manage a complex omnichannel ecosystem in hyper-growth.
His experience is built on nearly 8 years at MANGO, where he held critical roles such as Global Demand Planner Manager and Global Reporting Manager. There, he led global demand planning and spearheaded data transformation projects, optimizing the supply chain and corporate decision-making.
Miguel combines high-level strategic vision with tactical execution capability, "rolling up his sleeves" to turn operational challenges into sustainable competitive advantages.
